Words of Wisdom 10-23-2012

Psalm 112: 7,8 says that my heart is established, firmly fixed, trusting, leaning on and being confident in God.  My heart is established and steady.  What is an established heart?

Words of Wisdom 10-22-2012

In Christ Jesus we take hold of His Word.  We must be ones who are established in the Word, established in His Truth forever, with our hearts established in Christ.  He in turn establishes us in righteousness, being right with Him and doing things right.  We must be so established that nothing phases us, regardless of what we see or experience in this present earthly existence.

In Psalm 107:20 God very specifically tells us that we have been delivered (past tense) from destruction and made whole.  He tells us how He did it.  He sent His Word.  We can look at that in two ways.  He sent His Word, Jesus, Who is called the Word.  He is the living Word.  He sent His Word, the living, breathing Bible which is made alive by the Holy Spirit.  I believe in my heart that both meanings are applicable.

Stop, now take a moment, take a deep breath, and think about Jesus and the Holy Spirit of God.  Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus puts all things into perspective for us today.  Pause and consider Him, give your day to Him and He will help you to do all things well and in a peaceful state.

I am sure that many of you are familiar with the scripture in John 14:2 where Jesus told us that in His Father’s house are many mansions.  What does that mean to you?  In today’s Pearls of wisdom, we explore that verse.

Revelation is the last book in the Bible and the book describing what is going to be happening in the end of time as we know it.  In that book is some powerful praise unto God.  Today, let’s praise Him with His Word from Revelation exalting His power and His glory.

Look Beyond — What do you see today?  What are you seeing with your physical eyes?  A better question would be this:  What are you seeing with your spiritual eyes?  Do you see misery or joy?  Do you see lack or abundance?  Do you see rejection or love?  Do you see death or life?  What do you see?

Words of Wisdom 10-16-2012

You and I as human beings on this earth were given a voice to speak intelligible words that communicate understanding.  Animals can only meow or bark or moo or neigh or bray or crow or squeak.  They have a limited means of communicating, even though they do communicate even with their movements and scent.  BUT we humans have been given a gift by God to create by our words.  What an honor!  What a privilege!  What a blessing!

THE HOLY SPIRIT LIVES IN ME

HEALING SCRIPTURE

Romans 8:11, KJV

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

HEALING TEACHING

The Spirit Whom we are talking about here is the Holy Spirit of God.  He is here on this earth today and has chosen to dwell in your body when you invite Him in to take up residence.  He wants to be a permanent dweller, not a renter.  He wants you to allow Him to take up permanent residence.  It is only for one reason—-that you may live a life of joy and peace and happiness in the midst of this crazy world and all of its woes and troubles.  Frankly, I think that is a pretty good deal.  The rewards are “out of this world.”

When He comes in, He comes in with all that God is, because He is God.  He brings life to your physical body.  Isn’t that great!  Life, life more abundantly, to the full, until it overflows ().  The Holy Spirit of God is continually pouring forth the life of God in our physical bodies.  (John 10:10)  The reason we stay sick is that we don’t accept what He is doing.  Yes, I know this is a new thing to many people, but it is possible.  I have lived this life for many years.  Sure, it is not always a bed of roses.  Symptoms of sickness and pain come to every one of us.  We can either sign the package for them or we can staunchly stand and say, “No!”  “That does not belong to me.  I refuse to accept it.  Holy Spirit, show me how to get rid of this and stand victorious in the middle of it.”  He is right there to help you and lead you through to victory.

The Holy Spirit so enjoys living in you and being a part of everything you do.  He likes being a part of your life.  He desires to see you healthy and whole.

Look at 1 Corinthians 6:19,20 in the Amplified Bible.  “Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God?  You are not your own.  You were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own].  So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body.”

It gives God great pleasure to be a part of your life, including your physical life in your physical body.  He is concerned about every little detail of your life.  Allow Him the joy of becoming one with you.  He has everything to offer you.  Health and healing, wholeness and soundness in your body are priceless; there is no worth or value that can be placed on your health.  Without it, you are not whole.  With it, you are free to complete God’s design for your life and leave this earth on your terms, when He says come home, not with sickness and disease dictating your vacating your house, evicting you as a resident of this earth in your physical body.  Instead, evict the sickness and disease.  Tell them they are not wanted anymore.  They are trespassing.  Get out!

HEALING CONFESSION

Thank You, Holy Spirit, for desiring to dwell in my physical body.  I invite you to become a permanent resident with Your life, Your quickening power, in my body.  I am so grateful for your life and health and wholeness and “physical fitness.”  I receive the fullness of health now in my body every day of my life.

Words of Wisdom 10-15-2012

Jesus, our Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit care for us deeply.  Their love for us goes beyond anything we can humanly reason possible.  They love us dearly as their beloved ones.  Therefore, we do not have to have a care about what will happen to us.  All around us the world is in a tizzy about what to do and what is going to happen to them.
