AUTHORITY AND POWER, PART 8<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s review what we have learned so far:\u00a0 Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil.\u00a0 He rendered satan entirely useless, and the principalities and powers have been stripped of their authority.\u00a0 The handwriting of the note (the law of sin and death) has been cancelled.\u00a0 That is enough right there to take care of our lives.<\/p>\n

Today we look at our deliverance from the control of darkness.\u00a0 God is Light.\u00a0 In Him is no darkness at all, not one little tidbit.\u00a0 He is all Light.\u00a0 That is the way creation happened.\u00a0 God stepped out where there was darkness and said:\u00a0 Light in Me be!\u00a0 And Light was!\u00a0 By the way, the same thing happened to you when you were born again.\u00a0 When you said yes to Jesus, God basically was saying to you:\u00a0 Light in Me, be in you!\u00a0 Now we are called the light of the world as God (Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit) is called the light of the world, because He Who is Light is in us.<\/p>\n

Colossians 1:13,14, KJV and Amplified Bible<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Father has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us, translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His Love, in Whom we have and enjoy our redemption, our release is secured, our sins are forgiven through His blood.<\/p>\n

It gives our dear Heavenly Father, who loves us intensely, great pleasure to see us delivered out of the control, the dominion of darkness.\u00a0 Darkness no longer has any control over us.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Because we have been delivered from darkness.\u00a0 Not only have we been delivered from darkness but we have been transferred into another Kingdom, the Kingdom of God, where Love is King and joy and peace reign.\u00a0 God\u2019s Kingdom is a kingdom of light and love and life.\u00a0 Where He is, life is.<\/p>\n

In Jesus, the Son of God\u2019s Love, we have redemption.\u00a0 We have been redeemed from the power of the enemy, the adversary, the one who is in opposition to us, the devil.\u00a0 We have been released from his clutches forever.\u00a0 Our sins are forgiven forever.\u00a0 We are a free people.\u00a0 It\u2019s all because of the blood of Jesus.\u00a0 When His blood was spilled on this earth, it sealed the covenant between God and man forever.\u00a0 We are forever free.\u00a0 When Jesus purchased our freedom, it was a permanent work.\u00a0 Nothing can change it.\u00a0 We come through His blood to stand pure and spotless in the eyes of our heavenly Father.\u00a0 Jesus\u2019 blood is on the mercy seat of heaven forever declaring Life.<\/p>\n
