GOD\u2019S COUNSEL OF SUCCESS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 16:7-9,11<\/strong><\/p>\n

I will bless the Lord Who has given me counsel.<\/p>\n

Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.<\/p>\n

I have set the Lord continually before me.<\/p>\n

Because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.<\/p>\n

Therefore my heart is glad and my glory [my inner self] rejoices.<\/p>\n

My body too shall rest and confidently dwell in safety.<\/p>\n

You will show me the path of life.<\/p>\n

In Your presence is fullness of joy.<\/p>\n

At Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.<\/p>\n

It is the Lord Who gives us counsel, even as we sleep.\u00a0 When we seek Him first in our lives, He is there to direct us and guides us in all our affairs of life.\u00a0 Therefore, we do not have to be moved off our stand of faith and trust in Him.<\/p>\n

God has everything for us in the palm of His hand.\u00a0 If He can measure the depth of the oceans with one drop of water in His hand, He can surely carry in the palm of His hand His plans for us.\u00a0 The only thing that stops the Lord from bringing the fullness of the pleasures to us is our lack of trust in Him.\u00a0 We become so afraid that it won\u2019t happen for us personally that we are even afraid to trust anymore.\u00a0 We have all been there.\u00a0 Our thinking goes something like this:\u00a0 It didn\u2019t happen when I thought I was believing with all my heart.\u00a0 Couldn\u2019t He have come through for me!\u00a0 Why does it have to be so hard?\u00a0 Why do others receive and I don\u2019t?\u00a0 What is wrong with me?\u00a0 Honestly, isn\u2019t that what we think?<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s finally put to rest the past failures of unbelief.\u00a0 Let\u2019s bury that mentality.\u00a0 So what if you didn\u2019t believe before?\u00a0 Are you going to let it dictate the rest of your life?\u00a0 If there weren\u2019t results, get up and go again.\u00a0 Get on that horse and ride it again.\u00a0 If you fall off, get up, dust off your britches and try again until you learn to ride that horse.\u00a0 Stop letting the failure history dictate your future.\u00a0 Decide to believe, in spite of everything to the contrary.\u00a0 What have you got to lose?\u00a0 If you don\u2019t believe, it won\u2019t happen anyway, so why not believe and give God an opportunity to release His Blessing upon you.<\/p>\n

We are to rest confidently in Him for He will show us the path of life.\u00a0 We all know that in His Presence is a fullness of joy and contentment that we can get nowhere else.\u00a0 With Him we will enjoy our lives throughout all eternity.<\/p>\n

Let us make a quality decision today (one from which we do not turn back) that we will trust the Lord to be in charge of our lives and that we will allow Him to give us all the treasures that He has laid up for us who are His children.\u00a0 There are multitudes of blessings that we have not even begun to receive.\u00a0 Today and every day is your day of receiving.\u00a0 Take it now.\u00a0 Grab hold of it!\u00a0 And don\u2019t let go!\u00a0 And don\u2019t let that forward pass of God\u2019s blessing be fumbled from your hand of receiving!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
