KNOWING GOD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Today we are going to confess Colossians 1:9-11<\/strong> over ourselves.\u00a0 Ponder and meditate it all day.\u00a0 You may want to pray this word over others also.<\/p>\n

I do not cease to pray and make special request for you, asking THAT:<\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0 You may be filled with the full, deep and clear knowledge of God\u2019s will<\/p>\n

in all spiritual wisdom, in comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God<\/p>\n

and in understanding and discernment of spiritual things—–<\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0 You may walk, live and conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please him in all things,<\/p>\n

bearing fruit in every good work<\/p>\n

and steadily growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God<\/p>\n

with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance and recognition,<\/p>\n

(3)\u00a0 You may be invigorated and strengthened with all power (That\u2019s God\u2019s mighty power.) according to the might of His glory.<\/p>\n

Look at these three scripture verses.\u00a0 This is God\u2019s Word, which is true for anyone who will believe it.\u00a0 Do you dare to believe that you are filled with the full, deep and clear knowledge of God\u2019s will in your life!\u00a0 How about His understanding of spiritual things!\u00a0 Or how about being filled with His spiritual wisdom!\u00a0 You must realize and know of a certainty that you are filled with these things if you are born again, if you are God\u2019s child.<\/p>\n

You are able to live your life pleasing to God.\u00a0 You are increasing because of His knowledge.\u00a0 You are growing because He dwells in you.\u00a0 It is He Who gives you the ability to walk as you walk here on this earth.<\/p>\n

Now, this last verse is a big one.\u00a0 You are strengthened with God\u2019s power, His might.\u00a0 That stretches your mind, doesn\u2019t it?\u00a0 Read it.\u00a0 You are strengthened with God\u2019s mighty power.\u00a0 That\u2019s what you are to pray and request.\u00a0 Is that beyond your capacity to believe?\u00a0 Many times it is so for each one of us.\u00a0 What is the solution to that small capacity?\u00a0 Choose to believe what God\u2019s Word says as being reality in your life, whether it looks like it or not or whether you feel like it or not.\u00a0 It is true!\u00a0 What you need to do is to believe it, in the face of every contradictory circumstance that stares you in the face and defies you to believe God\u2019s Word is true for your life.<\/p>\n
